Do you need a coach? Coach B is the best in the game and here is why
Before I started training with Coach B I had a really bad relationship with the gym. If I missed a session I felt guilty, I through regardless of how my body felt and as a result I got a few gym related injuries. That all changed when Coach B came into my life. Her programming not only focused on the lifts I like but also the lifts I needed to strengthen all of me, and since training with her I have no had a single gym related injury.
But more than that, she taught me to have love for my body and that meant that sometimes we miss a session or two. She taught me to love myself as I am, which fundamentally rules!
That is not to say Coach B isn’t supportive of change, but it is sustainable change. I have goals of both strength and weight change, but I am also going through some pretty serious mental health issues at the moment and we are working on ways we can sustainably work towards these changes within the bounds of what I am able to do.
Coach B is a loving, caring and amazing person, I am so happy that I have her in my corner!

I’ve worked with other trainers before but working with Bianca was such a breath of fresh air! She was attentive and always listened to all of my concerns and questions when it came to workouts and nutrition. Her infectious positivity and endless motivation made my 1:1 experience sooo amazing too! I lift heavier than ever and don’t feel anxious in my kitchen anymore! Working with Bianca sets you up for the long run, she is such a gem in the fitness community and I can’t wait to work with her again!

Bianca has been an amazing coach. I have never been particularly athletic and had quite a bit of anxiety around weights, gyms, bars, etc. but I wanted to invest in strength training for the mental health benefits. Bianca has been thorough, patient, and the absolute best cheerleader - always available to answer my questions, offer modifications, show me some stretches to help reduce pain I had performing other activities, and provide excellent nutritional guidance so I could make sure I was eating the right balance for my goals (including tips to get enough protein as a vegetarian!). I've been so amazed at how I've been able to see my progress each week, and I actually look forward to exercising and going to the gym for the first time in my life. In short, if you are questioning whether to work with Bianca, DO IT!
