Programming from anywhere

There’s two main ways to work with me remotely — either 1:1 or in a small group. Within each model, there’s additional ways to individualize our plan to fit you.

There’s also the sports performance or goal-specific, Train route.

In short, if you have a goal: I’ll get you there.

1:1 coaching:

This is the most comprehensive way to work with me, and there are lots of options within this model to find the best fit for you!

The options:

Build:

    • Fully customized programming

    • 2-5 days of workouts per week

    • Form feedback on any attached videos

    • Workouts for general fitness & wellness goals

    • Best for:

      • People with lifting experience and/or who have followed a program before

      • People who are more independent and don’t want or need as many check ins

  • $195/mo

Build +:

    • Fully customized programming

    • 2-5 days of workouts per week

    • Option to include nutrition or a secondary fitness goal (running, handstands, etc)

    • Form feedback on any attached videos

    • Check-ins within the app in addition t with me

    • More access to different training goals

    • Best for:

      • People with more specific goals

      • People newer to wellness who want more nutrition education

  • $205-275/mo

    Factors:

    • Number of workouts per week + the type of workouts

    • Amount of support/contact with me

Build: Reset

    • Same as Build+ but with guaranteed inclusion of nutrition, body image work, and mindset work

      • Priority response time

    • Best for:

      • People looking to overhaul their relationship to wellness, and want the most support

  • $275-325/mo

    Factors:

    • Number of workouts per week

    • Amount of support/contact with me

    • Specific goals

    • Prior experience with coaches

    • Current relationship to wellness

Small group coaching:

Want personalized training, but maybe you’re on a budget, or have a buddy you want to train with?

Small group training runs between $95 and $125 per month depending on number of workouts per week, number of people in the group, and whether or not you want nutrition included!

You can come with a group, or you can be added into a pre-existing one.

TRAIN:

If you are an athlete or have a specific, activity related goal, Train will be even more tailored to you than the other 1:1 routes.

Train:

    • 3-6 days of programming per week

    • Specific athletic or sport goal: vaulting, olympic lifting, Spartan race, rowing, roller derby, or any other sport

    • Athletic, performance-oriented training

    • More specific training structure

    • Optional nutrition

    • Best for:

      • Athletes, current or new

      • People with lifting experience who want to step up their goals

  • $225-325/mo

    Factors:

    • Number of workouts per week

    • Amount of support or contact with me

    • Nutrition

Train: Team

    • Same as Train, but shared among teammates or people with the same goal(s)!

  • $105-125 per person per month

    Factors:

    • Number of workouts per week

    • Number of people in the group

    • How similar fitness levels are within the group
