Hey, I’m Bianca.

The coach behind OSP, coffee snob, and the coach for unconventional athletes.

My Approach

Compassion meets tenacity

I believe that you can train like a badass and be nice to yourself while you do it. You don’t need to pick between performing your best in the gym or performing your best in your life — you deserve both.

Wellness that fits YOUR life

I could write the most scientifically sound, well written program, but if it isn’t what works in your day to day, it’s not a good program.

My job as a coach is to help facilitate a relationship to wellness that feels like it was made for you — because it was.

FAQ

  • I have both the experience credentials and the ‘on paper’ credentials

Experientially, I was a competitive athlete for over a decade, and have worked in every realm of fitness from group fitness to yoga to collegiate athletics.

I also invented my own major in undergrad to study the overlap between social justice and the wellness sector!

    On paper, I’m a

    • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA)

    • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)

    • Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM)

    • Certified Functional Strength Coach (MBSC)

    • Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist (GGS)

    • Certified Pre & Post-Natal Coach (GGS)

    • Certified Women & Girls in Strength Sports Coach (WaGiss)

Continuing education & valid certifications are a huge value of mine in training, and I’ll always be transparent on where my education comes from!

  • Besides the location, the biggest difference between in person and remote coaching is the amount of accountability you feel you need.

With remote coaching, I will check in and always be in your corner, but you won’t have the ‘appointment’ element of needing to show up to a scheduled session.

The most successful people with remote programming are those who already love lifting, or are ready to love it and dive in, but want structure and guidance!

  • Unconventional, to me, is the best kind of athlete.

Maybe it’s the person who does a weird, obscure sport (cough cough, me), someone who didn’t pursue athletics until adulthood, or someone to whom ‘athletic’ just means being able to get up and down the stairs.

An unconventional athlete is someone who feels like fitness marketing sort of speaks to them, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark.

Anyone is an athlete in my book, no matter whether or not you fit the conventional mold.
